A. Books and You is an online bookstore selling brand new and preloved/second-hand books from all over the world for all ages - adults and children - teens, pre-teens, kids, toddlers and infants.

Q. How can I select books for purchase?

A. You can select the books from our website, add to your cart. Once the payment is completed, the books will be dispatched to you. You can also send a WhatsApp / SMS / Telegram /e-mail or Call us at the co-ordinates listed in the Contacts Us section and we will help you with the selection.

Q. I need some suggestions on which books to select for my kids / myself. Can you help me?

A. Yes, you can contact us and we will be glad to suggest recommended reads for your children or yourself. Our purpose is to get children to start reading and develop the habit. We offer curated books and will help you in determining the right books for your children as per their age and reading levels.

Q. How can I make the payment for my order?

A. Payments can be done through Google Pay / PayTM / NEFT transfer or online on the website.

Q. Do you deliver / ship books across India?

A. We provide doorstep delivery all over India through India Post.

Q. Are there any charges for delivery / shipping across India?

A. For orders above ₹ 249/-, we offer free shipping. If the order value is less than ₹ 250/-, a nominal shipping and handling charge of ₹ 40/- will be levied. Within Nallagandla (Hyderabad), free doorstep delivery is available with no minimum order value criteria.

Q. What are the timelines for delivery?

A. It takes around 4 - 6 business days for delivery from date of dispatch.

Q. How can I track my shipment?

A. It is completely our responsibility to keep a track of all the shipments until the books reach the customer. So we keep a track and notify the customer once the books are delivered.
